Nigerian entrepreneur in ''pain'' after an employee he sent to Dubai for training resigned upon return

A Nigerian businessman Ose Anenih is gnashing his teeth in regret after he sent one of the employees to Dubai last week, paid for his trainings only for him(employee) to hand in a resignation letter when he returned. 

 

 

Taking to Twitter, Anenih wrote;

 

"This life

 

Sent an architect to Dubai last week to ‘broaden his creative horizons’.

 

Paid so he could attend trainings there, help him be more effective for the company, bcos even in a tight economy, skill sells

 

My guy just handed in a resignation letter.

 

I’m in sifia pains

In another Tweet he wrote;

Anyway I wish him well. He was a good kid, and a talented architect.
Just painful that we've invested in his next company's growth.
